Why it's free
Nobody can give you a real number on a pool without standing in your yard first.
How the machines get in, where your pool equipment sits, and whether your city calls for a soil report or double caged steel all change the price. None of it shows up in a photo or a phone call, so we'd rather see it before we give you a number.
We're hoping you'll want us to build it, but that's your call once you've seen it.
The first visit: your yard
One of our designers comes out to your home. They measure the yard, sketch it, and walk it with you.
This is where you tell us what you actually want, like the pool, the spa, and where you picture yourself sitting at night. It's also where we find the things that move your number, before they become surprises.
The second visit: your pool in 3D
Then you come to our studio in Santa Ana and see your pool in 3D, sitting in your own yard at the right size, from the angle you'll actually look at it.
Seeing it that way makes it a lot easier to decide what you want to keep and what actually fits your budget, and you can move the spa around on a screen now instead of changing your mind later.
The third visit: the numbers
If you decide to move forward, the last step is the contract, with all-in numbers that cover every phase, every payment, and what each one includes.
On our pool builds, the down payment is $1,000, and every payment after that follows the work. We wrote about how paying for a pool actually works if you want the full breakdown.
If you're financing, this is where we lay that out too. We work with four financing partners, with approval, rates, loan limits, and terms set by each lender.
